Albert Pujols Wins NL MVP!
St. Louis Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols repeats as NL MVP by unanimous decision! This is his 3rd NL MVP and he's the first to repeat since Barry Bonds won it 4 times in a row from 2001-2004. Also with his MVP this year Pujols has been in the top 5 of MVP voting in 8 of his 9 years in the league.

The Indianopolis Colts haven't proved anything to me!
The Indianopolis Colts are 10-0 and seem to be a very good team right now. But I truly wish so many experts and football analyst would just stop praising them so much and call them possibly the best team in the league right now. They have not proved anything to me right now and won't until the playoffs. Lets not forget that Indianapolis has started prior seasons 7-0 and 13-0 and in both of those seasons they were bounced early in the playoffs. All of that is overshadowed by the very fact that they won superbowl XLI. I make take criticism for this but Peyton Manning in my opinion is the greatest regular season QB to ever play in the NFL but the worst big time playoff QB ever. Even the playoff run they had when they won the superbowl Peyton Manning threw for 7int and only 3TD's and his playoff record is only 7-8 does that sound like a good QB to you in the playoffs I think not lol! so until Peyton Manning truly puts together a legit playoff run the Indianapolis Colts won't prove anything to me!
Who Will Get Mike Shanahan For Next Season?
Mike Shanahan will obviously be the hottest coach on the market this offseason. With teams such as Washington Redskins who are obviously going to fire Jim Zorn at the end of the season Buffalo Bills who just fired Dick Jauron, and possibly the Dallas Cowboys who if they don't make a serious run through the playoffs and finally win a playoff game for the first time in 12 years will cause Wade Philips to be fired as well. These are all possible places that Shanahan could land next season. First off Bills owner Ralph Wilson has already stated that he's willing to spend 10 Million to bring a coach like Shanahan to Buffalo. Now we all know Dan Snyder up in Washington is definitely willing to spend major bucks to bring in Shanahan especially after spending 100 million wit 58 million garaunteed to Defensive Tackle Albert Haynesworth. Jerry Jones and Mike Shanahan also have a very close relationship wich would possibly be the only way Jerry Jones could sway Shanahan to Dallas since financially he's a little on the low side after signing Newman, Ware, Barber, and Romo to max contracts and lets not forget the 1.5 Billion dollar stadium lmao! But in all it will be very interesting to see how the bidding war will go and where will Shanahan land next year! Let the bidding began lmao!
Cowboys Tight End Martellus Bennett is Sponge Bob lmao!
Dallas Cowboys Tight End Martellus Bennett dances to Ayy Now in his Sponge Bob costume its pretty funny lol!
Monday Night Football Recap
Tennessee 20 Houston 17
(Vince Young played one hell of a game he is truly maturing and developing into a really good solid QB he was poised made the right reads and played with confidence if he keeps it going like this Tennessee can really turn there season around and make a playoff push. But in saying that we will all haft to see if Vince will play the same exact way when he faces adversity.)

Denver Broncos Are Slowly Falling Apart!
Many of you all that watched the Broncos vs Chargers game last night saw or heard about the physical altercation between Brandon Marshall and Knowshon Moreno after Moreno fumbled the ball at the goaline. This is not good at all when emotions start to take over on a team that is seriously starting to fall apart during a 4 game losing streak!

Redskins Safety Laron Landry Calls Cowboys Reciever Roy Williams Scared!
Laron Landry stated that He danced around Cowboys receiver Roy Williams all day yesterday because he was scared! Landry was quoted saying "Scared, yeah I know he was. Y'all can quote it, too. Y'all can tell him right now, tell him I'm sayin' it. I can say it right now: yeah, he was scared, I think. I told him he was scared." This should turn into an interesting match up when they meet again on Dec 27 in Washington. Heres the link to Landry's Quote: http://blog.redskins.com/2009/11/23/monday-november-23-laron-landry-doesnt-give-a-darn-how-he-p/
Are The Pittsburgh Steelers in Trouble?
The Pittsburgh Steelers current situation just seems to be getting worse. Not only have they lost their last two games and are falling behind Cincinnati in the AFC Nort Division but with the current head injury to Ben Roethlisberger and back up QB Charlie Batch out up to 6 weeks with a wrist injury they will probably be down to there 3rd string QB Dennis Dixon who has only thrown one pass in his entire career. This is a situation that could possibly go down hill if those guys don't step up and make plays for the Steelers. Also Troy Polamalu is still questionable and when he's not in the game Pittsburgh is not the same team defensively! The Steelers could really be in trouble!
Weekly WTF moment in sports
At the end of every week I will have what I call the WTF moments in sports where someone or something happens that is just too stupid or dumb and makes u wonder WTF lol!!! This weeks WTF moment goes to Henrick Anderson of of the Leksland Sweden hockey club. He scores his first career goal and lets just say his celebration fell through lmao!
Poll Question of The Week
Should the NFL change its overtime Rules of it being sudden death and the first team that scores wins and if yes what solution would you propose to make it better?
New BCS Standings
The BCS Standings in the top 7 still pretty much remained the same but Cincy is slowly creepy up on TCU in the computer points and with strength of schedule a factor in the computers Cincy could possibly jump ahead of TCU in the rankings if they win out but heres the link for the latest polls!

NBA small recap
First off I will start off by saying point blank the NBA regular season really doesn't matter we already pretty much know what 16 teams are going to make the playoffs a few weeks into the regular season. The NBA really doesn't matter or get much attention until the playoffs so I will only really blog when something interesting happens in the league! But Brandon Jennings is clearly playing like a player far beyond his years right now he will be a big time player in this league. Now with Jennings only being a rookie its only realistic to think that at some point he's going to finally hit reality and start playing like a rookie but we will haft to see. but if any player let alone a rookie scores 55 points and is avg 25pts and 5ast so far in the early part of the season he needs some recognition! Now with Pau Gasol back in the lineup for the Lakers expect them to finally start playing like the team everyone expected them to be. and lastly the Atlanta Hawks have the best record in the NBA right now don't expect them to finish the season like that lol! but they are a really solid very athletic team and they are clearly one of the top 3 teams in the East right now! But thats all whats really going on in the NBA right now and as the season goes on I will keep everyone updated!
Sunday NFL Recap!!!!
Today was another great sunday of football heres a quick recap of the scores and today's action!!!
Thursday Night
Miami 24 Carolina 17
(Ricky Williams had a monster game with 22 carries and 119yds rushing he clearly took over this game and Chad Henne seems to coming around and developing into a solid QB)
Indianopolis 17 Baltimore 15
(Indianopolis pulls off another nail biter they've won their last 4 games by a combined 10pts wich shows at the end of the day there still finding ways to win)
Washington 6 Dallas 7
(Very ugly offensive performance by the boys but they got the score when it counted but don't expect to win any more games wit only 7 points Jason Garrett and Tony Romo better get it going real quick!)
Cleveland 37 Detroit 38
(who would've imagined the two worst teams in the league could put on such a great game too bad it was blacked out in Detroit they sure missed a great game lol!!!)
San Fransico 24 Green Bay 30
(Green Bay seems to be getting back on track after struggling a few weeks back they need to keep it up to make a playoff push)
Buffalo 15 Jacksonville 18
(TO finally broke out of his shell wit his first big game since being in Buffalo with 9 catches and 197 yards and a TD but it still wasn't enough to pull out the victory!)
Pittsburgh 24 Kansas City 27
(Pittsburgh loses a tough one to a struggling Kansas City team that is not going to make the playoffs and now with 2 straight loses for the Steelers it may be getting a little close to pushing the Panic Button there but we will haft to wait and see how they will respond)
Seattle 9 Minnesota 35
(Brett Favre keeps making a case for the league MVP wit another crazy game going 22/25 213yds and 4 TD's and Percy Harvin has really emerged as a big time playmaker and with Adrian Peterson the Vikings are probably the best team in the NFC right now!)
Atlanta 31 New York Giants 34
(New York almost let another one slip away but after 4 straight loses they will take a win anyway they can get it and I'm sure its all smiles again in the lockeroom so still don't count out the giants just yet they are still a good team)
New Orleans 38 Tampa Bay 7
(New Orleans got another W to move to 10-0 on the season but they will finally get their first real test of the season when New England comes to town we will finally get to see just how good New Orleans is against a really good team)
Arizona 21 St. Louis 13
(Arizona is playing the St. Louis rams need I say more)
San Diego 32 Denver 3
(Denver has lost 4 in a row I feel its officially time to hit the panick button in Denver the Broncos keep falling behind in games early and with Chris Sims or if even Kyle Orton was to play they are game managing QB's they can't play very well from behind!)
New York Jets 14 New England 31
(New England is just clearly the better team and there too far ahead in the the AFC East they pretty much have everything wrapped up so Patriot fans trust me you have nothing to worry about until the playoffs)
Cincinnati 17 Oakland 20
(Cincinnati lost a tough one to oakland wit Andre Cardwell fumbling the kickoff return late in the game that lead to a FG to win the game but Cincy is still a very good team so I'm sure they will get it together)
Philadelphia 24 Chicago 20
(Jay Cutler is clearly playing with no confidence at all and it's showing on the field and he's definitely developing a reputation for folding when the pressure and adversity hits he needs to get it together and fast because the Bears will only go as far as Cutler takes them)
Monday Night Game Preview
Tennessee at Houston
(Tennessee has won 3 in a row since starting Vince Young and Chris Johnson has been playing like a mad man. Houston is a pretty good team as well with Matt Schuab having a very good season and you always have the big play potential with Andre Johnson on the field. But I expect Tennessee to come out with the win they have a lot of confidence now and if Chris Johnson has another big game and puts Houston down early don't expect Houston to pull it out!)
Boxing: Super 6 Classic Ward vs Kessler Recap/ Preview of the fight that has to happen
Tonite was the final fight of the 1st round of the Super middleweight Super 6 classic between Andre Ward vs Mikkel Kessler. Andre Ward was able to take the WBA 168 lbs title from Mikkel Kessler tonite in his hometown of Oakland CA. Ward completely dominated this fight from the beginning and put on a clinic agasint kessler. Wards speed was just too much for kessler to handle as He won by TKO in the 11th round. Ward is a very versatile fighter who can beat you in many ways inside, outside, left handed, right handed he can do it all which is why he proved he is the best coming prospect in boxing right now and rightfully deserving of the WBA middleweight title belt!
Now with Manny Pacquiao defeating Miguel Cotto the fight all boxing fans are talking about and wanna see is Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao! This fight will and must happen there is way too much money to be made for this not to happen! Now granted there will be some problems arising during the negotiations about the purse split and weight. Mayweather claims that he won't do this fight if the purse is split 50-50 becuz he wants at least 60-40. Well for mayweather that is not going to happen becuz pacquiao has proven to be the best in the business right now and he must give the man his money plus wit Bob Arum getting 27% of pacquiaos money anyway and the amount of money it can generate Mayweather will still walk away with more money at 50-50. Now I'm sure mayweather wants pacquiao to come up to 147 lbs while pacquiao would rather stay at his current weight of 144lbs. but that will eventually be decided even though rumors have it that Pacquiao has stated that he would come up to 147 lbs to fight Mayweather. But at the end of the day these are the two biggest and best fighters in the sport of boxing right now and they must give the fans what they want! So who will prevail in this fight will it be Pacquiaous southpaw unorthodox style of fighting wit his handspeed or will it be Floyd mayweathers superb tight defense with his precise timing and punching accuracy only time will tell but these two will be in the ring in 2010!
Today in College Football!!!
Today was a pretty good day in college football! Lets first start off with Notre Dame and Charlie Weis! Notre Dame has truly underachieved this season. When I first saw their schedule and pre-season ranking I did think they were a bit overrated but I still did not see 5 losses for them this year, and after watching UCONN pull off the upset in South Bend we clearly just saw Charlie Weis lose his job tonite! Now how bout the crazy ending to that LSU-Ole Miss game Les Miles is gonna take a lot of heat for not taking an immediate time out and letting 16 seconds run off the clock before he decided to take his last time out for LSU!!! And the craziest thing of all bout that game was they actually tried to spike the ball wit 1 second left on the clock what kinda mess was that lol! I truly would love to know what was really going through Les Miles head during that last drive for LSU. His lack of time managemement (Something that he has been praised about!) and not having his FG unit ready to go unto the field to at least attempt a game winning FG with the clock running is what clearly cost LSU this game! SO GOOD JOB LES MILES YOU CLEARLY COST YOUR TEAM A HUGE LOSS AND A POSSIBLE BCS BERTH!
Lastly how bout those TCU Horned Frogs! They just keep impressing me more and more every week! This team is clearly playing the best football in the nation rite now in my opinion. I honestly feel that if they win next week, (which they should since there playing a struggling New Mexico at home!) They will have a legitimate case to play in the national championship game (Just too bad the BCS System won't allow TCU the fair chance to get to the championship and this is exactly why a playoff system is in order!!) But with that swarming defense and explosive offense I know if they played Texas, Alabama, or Overrated Florida rite now they would give them hell and a run for their money BIG TIME! this team is for real! don't sleep on them!
